Come on A fun and relaxing adventure with us

Mother & Baby Wellness  classes;   Including Baby Massage, Baby Yoga & Parental Support & Baby Wellness.


Our  journey begins with mama to be bear, making mama feel good and connected to others will help her confidence and skills with the new little cubs arrival. We offer a mama to be relaxation class. 


Once baby bear is here we have baby massage, followed on with yoga bear and music and movement classes for our older bears.

Pregnancy, motherhood and childcare is the most wonderful gift, but it can sometimes feel daunting or lonely. 

We want to support your  wellness,  mental  health  and  infants development  whether you’re a first time mum/ dad or multiple.
Our classes build on love, connection and community for physical and emotional health and wellbeing, through love and touch, with baby massage And baby yoga, creating a brighter more connected world for your family and other families

About your Teacher

I am Claire. I have qualified with a diploma as a yoga and massage teacher. 

I’m mum of two boys, age 7 and almost 1. I lived in London and moved to Kent when I had my first son. 


I previously worked as a practice manager for a private women’s health centre specialising in all aspects of women’s health. I was PA to the consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist. I’ve always had an interest in women’s health.

I  am an  independent  instructor and  do  not  work  for  a franchise.  

My training has taken place by Blossom and Berry, being Channel Mums Baby massage expert. 


We are accredited by Royal College of Midwives, Federation of Holistic Therapists, International, Complementary Therapists Association for our baby massage course and the FHT and the IICT for baby yoga.
